Healthcare & Aid

OCIA's legacy health work focused on helping children and families overcome health-related barriers that can affect education, safety and daily life.

Specific clinics, historical costs and older sponsorship allocations are not presented as current arrangements.

The quality of health influences the quality of life for any individual and subsequently impact development for a community. At OCIA, our health care intervention is focusing on prevention and less on treatment. We do this through community health talks in villages and local schools. OCIA strives to improve the health conditions of children and Vulnerable Children communities through various programs.

Our medical program's goal is to provide the highest quality care for the children who come into our hands. We have tested orphans for life-threatening illnesses and diseases, including AIDS, Typhoid, and Hepatitis, Corona Virus. We also actively support and use donations towards healthcare as when this is needed.

Healthcare is a vital need not only for the children and pearls living on-site;But for our community at large.

You can make a difference in the life of a child through a one time or monthly donation to our health care program or by sponsoring a child. Donors will receive regular updates and photos. With an emphasis on prevention and care, OCIA provides love and care for our neighbors by offering sustain, accessibly quality healthcare.

By donating funds for quality medical,

educational resources and funding for technology and equipment or by joining us on a medical mission trip.

Is to focus on health issues with greatly impact

including Malnutrition,HIV/AIDS,malaria and tuberculosis and invest in the education of community based members.

Malnutrition is the leading cause of death in children here in Uganda. Many children suffer from malnutrition, and as a result their hair turns red and brittle. Their little bodies either become bloated or emaciated and they often die before the age of five.

“ For I was hungry and you gave me food.” Matthew 25:35.

Please, help us meet nutrition goals for the least of these.

Recent droughts and hurricanes continue to affect Uganda’s malnutrition rates in children. As we focus on long-term prevention of malnutrition, we invite you to stand with us to advocate for and promote nutritious diets through our malnutrition program.

HOW YOU CAN HELP; By donating food for quality nutrition,

and funding for mal nutrition development or by joining us on a goal to fight malnutrition rates.
