OCIA treats donor information as private and uses it only for legitimate organizational and donation-related purposes.

Our commitment

OCIA does not sell or trade donors’ names or personal information. Donor information is not used to send communications on behalf of unrelated organizations.

How donor information is used

Information may be used to administer a contribution, maintain organizational records, respond to donor questions, provide applicable acknowledgements, and meet lawful accounting or reporting obligations.

Third-party processing

If OCIA uses an approved third-party service to process a contribution, only information necessary for that service should be shared and the provider’s own privacy and security terms also apply.

Current payment status

Online merchant integrations are enabled only when OCIA connects approved organization-owned credentials. The public website does not use legacy demo payment accounts.
